Course Description
Autism is one of most widely recognised neurodevelopmental condition which can be difficult to diagnose. When a child is slow to walk and talk, alarm bells can start to ring for mums and dads who know instinctively something is not right. In some cases, parents are comforted by health professionals stating that children develop at different rates. However, in other cases, some children may have developmental delays that can be a sign of autism. In this online course you will gain a deeper understanding of autism along with strategies to support people with autism.
